 On this visit I used a Madero gift card, I had problems using it. But the food and service were as wonderful as ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou chato; muito chato. Reconheço e admito. Mas se pago, acho que tenho direito ao equivalente do que paguei. Depois de ler vários comentários negativos fiquei na dúvida, mas fui com +4 pessoas em 9 de março (quarta-feira) de 2022. Pegamos uma pequena fila nos totens (um estava fora de serviço) mas nada insuportável. O lugar agradável e limpo; temperatura amena (lá fora estava um forno). O preparo demorou não mais do que dez minutos. O hambúrguer muito gostoso, bem temperado, sabor acentuado, perguntei a opinião dos que me acompanhavam e todos aprovaram. Batatas sequinhas, crocantes, mas a porção poderia ser mais generosa. Qualificaria como uma boa experiência. A conta deu R$ 239,10 (eu tomei um chopp), algo que considero normal nestes tempos. Voltaria? Sim, se eu fosse adepto de hambúrguer (não sou, fui só porque os outros 4 insistiram) voltaria, certamente.
I'm boring; very annoying. I recognize and admit. But if I pay, I think I'm entitled to the equivalent of what I paid. After reading several negative reviews I was in doubt, but I went with +4 people on March 9 (Wednesday) 2022. We had a small queue at the totems (one was out of order) but nothing unbearable. The place nice and clean; mild temperature (there was an oven outside). Preparation took no more than ten minutes. The hamburger was very tasty, well seasoned, with an accentuated flavor, I asked the opinion of those who accompanied me and they all approved. Dry, crispy potatoes, but the portion could be more generous. Would qualify as a good experience. The bill was R$239.10 (I had a beer), something I consider normal in these times. Would you come back? Yes, if I were a hamburger fan (I'm not, I went just because the other 4 insisted) I would definitely go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela primeira vez tive problemas com o lanche. Estava encharcado. Tentei contato através do Facebook e o site porém sem retorno. Precisam melhorar o pós vendas. Aguardo retorno.
For the first time I had problems with the snack. It was soaked. Tried contacting through Facebook and the website but no response. They need to improve after sales. Awaiting return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonitinho mas a comida é bem ruim, sanduíche sem graça, estacionamento PÉSSIMO. Em resumo:
ESTACIONAMENTO: horrível de parar… Pior que nem lugar na rua tem, realmente não sei como alguém fez isso.
LANCHE: sanduíche sem graça nenhuma, batata veio fria e murcha, paguei 32 reais no cheese burguer com bacon e e o bacon ainda veio meio cru… Não gostamos!
ATENDIMENTO: você pede pela autoatendimento, depois disso demorou um pouco ainda para sermos atendido, mas nada demais
ESTABELECIMENTO: é bonito e diferente, mas estava um pouco abafado.
Cute place but the food is pretty bad, dull sandwich, TERRIBLE parking. In short:
PARKING: horrible to stop… Worse than even a place on the street, I really don't know how anyone did it.
SNACK: sandwich without any grace, potatoes came cold and wilted, I paid 32 reais for the cheese burger with bacon and the bacon was still half raw… We didn't like it!
SERVICE: you ask for self-service, after that it took a while for us to be attended to, but no biggie
ESTABLISHMENT: it is beautiful and different, but it was a little stuffy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é boa e o chopp gelado, mas o atendimento não é dos melhores. Não é lugar para um chopp com os amigos, pois a logística de ter que a toda hora fazer pedido no totem estraga a dinâmica do happy hour.
The food is good and the beer is cold, but the service is not the best. It's not a place for a beer with friends, because the logistics of having to order at the totem all the time spoils the dynamics of happy hour.
