The food is really, really, really good, actually it's the best sandwich I ever ate in my entire life, the meat is just perfect and tasty, I picked the regular ox meat, but there's chicken and sheep that I definitely will ask for in next visits, that will take a while since the place is pretty much expensive, but worth every cent. I just think that they should add more juices flavors, I don't drink soda and there's pretty much a lack of options for those who just don't like that much soda drinks. The place is really beautiful and cozy, the colors of the ambient make it feels like it's infused with the nature, and the fact that the whole restaurant is placed into containers is just amazing. The place is refrigerated so you don't need to worry if inside is warm. And something that is interesting is the fact they sell the uncooked components so you can make your very own Madero sandwich in your home if you like cooking like me (not that I know how to cook, but I just think it's interesting and want to learn >.>), if you are passing by this city and have a little extra money, Madero is the best choice if you want something fast (~10 minutes) and for sure, good.
