★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui apenas fazer um orçamento e o profissional não me atendeu bem, me tratou com desdém quando mencionei um suposto clareamento que gostaria de fazer no cabelo e não se mostrou interessado em me ter como cliente. Não me senti confiante em seguir adiante. Não recomendo.
 I just went to make a budget and the professional did not serve me well, treated me with disdain when I mentioned a supposed lightening that I would like to do on my hair and was not interested in having me as a client. I did not feel confident in moving forward. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, infelizmente fui até ao salão cortar meu cabelo. chegando lá pedi um corte e o profissional não respeitou o meu pedido e fez um estrago no meu cabelo, enquanto a assistente secava pedi para que ele visse e se poderíamos cortar mais para consertar tudo que tinha feito e a sugestão dele foi uma escova, uma maquiagem no cabelo, quando terminei (segurando o choro) fui até a recepção, paguei e falei da minha indignação educadamente. após sair do salão entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp para fazer nova reclamação, fui mal atendida e pedi a devolução do dinheiro pago à salão! às 16h30 da tarde ninguém havia movido um dedo para a devolução do valor, às 17h31 a funcionária foi ao banco para depositar mas por algum motivo não conseguiu, dps tentaram fazer o mesmo por transferência bancária e na primeira tentativa não houve êxito, somente na terceira tentativa conseguiram me devolver o valor. o corte do cabelo neste local custa R$50, cheguei a um ponto de estresse que preferi deixar o valor para caridade
Today, unfortunately, I went to the salon to cut my hair. arriving there I asked for a cut and the professional did not respect my request and did a damage in my hair, while the assistant dried I asked him to see and if we could cut more to fix everything he had done and his suggestion was a brush, a makeup on the hair, when I finished (holding the cry) I went to the reception, I paid and I spoke politely to my indignation. after leaving the hall I contacted the WhatsApp to make a new complaint, I was poorly attended and I asked for the return of the money paid to the salon! at 4:30 pm no one had moved a finger to return the value, at 17h31 the employee went to the bank to deposit but for some reason failed, dps tried to do the same by bank transfer and in the first attempt there was no success, only in the third attempt to give me back the value. the haircut at this place costs $ 50, I got to a point of stress that I preferred to leave the value for charity

Achei o Marco através de pesquisas na internet e as indicações que vi aqui me agradaram. Realmente ele é o profissional que descrevem nas avaliações. Minhas mechas ficaram lindas e o corte ficou top (eu AMEI). Depois da primeira experiência, só posso dizer que virei cliente. Super recomendo!
Due to the pandemic, the salon that served me in Rio remains closed and was no longer holding my hair. I found Marco through research on the internet and the indications I saw here pleased me. He is really the professional they describe in the evaluations. My locks were beautiful and the cut was top (I LOVED). After the first experience, I can only say that I became a client. Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraram R$100,00 por uma escova com prancha. Nunca paguei isso em nenhum salão. Preço abusivo (na hora de pagar me perguntou se tinham falado pra mim antes quanto seria... como eu disse que não, ele pensou um pouco e falou "100 reais então"). Não volto mais e não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um corte e saiu outro, péssimo resultado. Não recomendo e se tivesse lido os comentários sobre corte teria escolhido outro profissional. Sai de lá segurando o choro, mas paguei. Infelizmente é um tipo de profissional que preza o dinheiro antes da autoestima de uma pessoa. Estimo melhoras!
