Estive com meu bebê inicialmente no pronto socorro, ele estava horas sem mamar, a médica liberou dieta, porém não levavam nenhum mama . Quando questionei a técnica de enfermagem se chateou. Na UTI a dieta sempre vinha diferente do combinado, com garfo e faca para um bebê ou colher grande. Reclamei algumas vezes, porém nada adiantou, além de outros pontos que também não gostei.
Preciso do resultado de um exame, ligo 2 dias, de manhã, de tarde e de noite e só dá ocupado. Liguei na recepção e disseram que não podem fazer nada.
