entrei em contato e eles disseram o que estorno seria feito, isso foi dia 02/03/2022.Até o presente Momento não tive o estorno.
Agora terei que pagar um compra no valor de R$1.438,90, porque eles não fizeram e não iram fazer o cancelamento, já que se negam a me passar o numero do mesmo.
Bad experience, I made an online purchase, the purchase was approved on my card after that, Madrid canceled it.
I contacted them and they said what the chargeback would be, that was on 03/02/2022. Up to the present moment I have not had the chargeback.
Now I will have to pay a purchase in the amount of R$1,438.90, because they did not and will not cancel it, as they refuse to give me the number.

Acompanhado de uma amiga, fomos perseguidos pela segurança da loja quase que até os caixas — extremamente desconfortável. Pelo visto, não pode ser preto em Higienópolis e ter dinheiro o suficiente pra comprar nesse mercado. Moro perto e nunca mais piso lá. Não merecem.
I went there to buy a cheese that, unfortunately, was only available in that supermarket and store. Accompanied by a friend, we were chased by store security almost to the cashiers — extremely uncomfortable. Apparently, you can't be black in Higienópolis and have enough money to buy in that market. I live close by and never set foot there again. Do not deserve.

Também tem caixas de auto atendimento
I liked that Madrid supermarket accepts disposal of light bulbs (even the tube) and batteries! Clean market, with a large share of wines (separated by several countries).
