★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um prédio bom, mas a administração é ruim, a manutenção é péssima, eu estou com uma lâmpada queimada na sala e a campainha também mandei email tanto para administração do prédio, quanto para a construtora e nem uma me atendeu! Estou a mais de 3 meses sem uma lâmpadas e a campainha!
A good building, but the administration is bad, the maintenance is terrible, I have a burnt out light bulb in the room and the doorbell I also sent an email to both the administration of the building and the construction company and not one of them answered! I've been without a light bulb and doorbell for over 3 months!

Dias de feriados sábado o prédio não abre e vc é proibido de atender, pois a porta fecha no automático por uma central e não existe mini porta pra abrir e sair, se vc estiver atendendo sua cliente a noite e der 22hs vc não sai do prédio vai ter que dormir na sala, o portão automático desce e vc fica presa! Não adianta reclamar pq o síndico não atende ninguém e nenhuma reclamação, então vc é subordinado a acatar as ordens! Minha prima teve que entregar a sala pq não aguentou o autoritarismo desse prédio! Só tem beleza, não prestar para empreendedores do setor estética e beleza! 4 elevadores e só 4 pessoas podem entrar e que na hora do almoço vc perde tempo pra consegui descer e subir.

On holidays Saturday the building does not open and you are prohibited from answering, because the door closes automatically by a central and there is no mini door to open and leave, if you are attending your client at night and it is 22 pm you do not leave the building you'll have to sleep in the living room, the automatic gate goes down and you're stuck! It's no use complaining because the síndico doesn't answer anyone and no complaints, so you are subordinate to follow orders! My cousin had to hand over the room because she couldn't stand the authoritarianism of this building! There's only beauty, not good for entrepreneurs in the aesthetic and beauty sector! 4 elevators and only 4 people can enter and that at lunch time you waste time to get down and up.
