★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a infelicidade de encontrar esta empresa no mercado livre,quando entrei em contato me ofereceram ligar diretamente,oferendo desconto pelo qual paguei antecipado,a partir daí a minha experiência é a pior possível.Comprei um medidor de vazão faz 60 dias,me prometeram entregar em 20 dias,quando ligo para o vendedor ele se quer sabe quando será feita a entrega,em alguns dias diz que já enviou ,que vai passar o código de rastreamento,não passa,sempre uma justificativa MENTIROSA,já pedi meu dinheiro de volta,tbm não recebo.
Uma empresa desonesta,não façam negócio com esse tipo de pessoas.
Impressionante o descaso com o cliente.

I bought a flow meter 60 days ago, promised to deliver in 20 days, when i call the seller he wants to know when the delivery will be made, in a few days he says that he already sent, that he will pass the tracking code, it doesn’t pass, always a LIE justification, i already asked for my money back, I also don't get it.
A dishonest company, do not do business with such people.
Impressive neglect with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizamos a primeira compra com a Mafetech e tivemos problemas para a entrega do equipamento, porém, o Sr. Braga conseguiu nos entregar o equipamento certinho. Estamos na fase de instalação e, posteriormente, comentarei sobre a utilização e durabilidade. O medidor de vazão possui um design muito bonito.
We made the first purchase with Mafetech and we had problems delivering the equipment, however, Mr. Braga was able to deliver us the right equipment. We are in the installation phase and I will comment on the usability and durability later. The flowmeter has a very beautiful design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive em Minas Gerais e pude conhecer os medidores da Mafetech, gostei muito da estrutura e dos funcionários.
Eles fabricaram um eletromagnético para minha empresa, foi instalado e esta operando, até o presente momento não tenho reclamações.
Recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não cumpre o combinado, vendedor super atencioso, porém após a venda não cumpre o prazo após 9 dias de atraso solicitou mais 15 dias úteis, solicitei o ressarcimento do valor e até o momento nada...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma firma a 27 anos de mercado e a 3 anos somos revenda da Mafetech em Sacramento, já trabalhamos com outros fornecedores de SP e até mesmo outro de MG, mas hoje confiamos na qualidade e na eficácia dos produtos da firma Mafetech, realizei compras com diversas outras empresas (tubos, válvulas, equipamentos elétricos entre outros ) e posso afirmar que a que menos tivemos problemas nesse ano tão difícil e atípico de 2020 foi com a Mafetech.
Não poderia deixar faltar esse meu comentário, pois sempre fui muito bem atendido e com toda certeza sempre faremos negócios.
I have a firm 27 years in the market and for 3 years we are a reseller of Mafetech in Sacramento, we have already worked with other suppliers in SP and even another one in MG, but today we trust in the quality and effectiveness of the products of the Mafetech firm, I made purchases with several other companies (tubes, valves, electrical equipment, among others) and I can say that the least we had problems in this difficult and atypical year of 2020 was with Mafetech.
I could not miss my comment, because I was always very well attended and we will certainly always do business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CALOTEIROS! Após o pedido de compra e pagamento da primeira parcela referente à 50% do valor total do pedido, todos os colaboradores da MAFE TECH sumiram. Único representante que conseguimos falar é o Sr. James que se diz assessor de diretoria mas não consegue resolver nada. 6 meses após o pagamento e ninguém se posiciona. Só nos resta concluir que tomamos um calote dessa empresa.
Para que fique bem claro nosso pedido é da empresa CLAM Meio Ambiente!!!

Empresa de alto nível, estou satisfeito.
