A atendente do local parecia não estar afim de trabalhar, mau respondia minhas perguntas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Se for comprar álbum, a vendedora diz que não pode abrir o produto para mostrar ao cliente. Só que não tem nenhum álbum aberto para que o comprador possa analisar. Vendedora pouco prestativa, produtos reembolsados e se quiser comprar, não pode olhar o produto antes. Parece que está comprando um Kinder Ovo, você não sabe o que tem dentro, se tem dizeres no álbum, se quantas páginas de fotografia...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pandemia na loja já acabou, funcionários sem máscara e feliz demais para atender o cliente. Queria revelar umas fotos porém as funcionários faziam pouco caso para ajudar. Mais de uma vez eu pedi ajuda e só apontavam para a máquina sem dar maiores explicações. Desisti de ser minimamente atendido e sem revelar minhas fotos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos bem atendidos, mas infelizmente a qualidade da foto deles não atendeu às exigências do Consulado dos EUA quanto à iluminação (considerada excessiva), então acabou sendo uma graninha jogada fora.
We were well taken care of, but unfortunately the quality of their photo did not meet the US Consulate's requirements for lighting (considered excessive), so it ended up being a waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tive uma experiência boa na Kodak do Shopping Tijuca, além de ser bem atendida, recebi as fotos bem na hora, eu as enviei por Bluetooth.
Além disso, gostaria de salientar os preços. Eu não vi as pessoas falando dos preços, mas como eu também não tenho os preços certinhos, vou falar o quanto eu paguei pelo o que eu pedi: 6 fotos 3x4 + 2 fotos deu total de 26,90.
Portanto, voltarei à loja com crrteza!

Ontem entrei em contato e pedi pra revelarem umas fotos pra mim, eram fotos importantes para trabalho que teriam que ser resolvidas hoje.
Ontem (sexta) elas falaram que imprimiam, e era só ir que revelariam. Aí hoje (sabado) fui de manhã, e chegando lá falaram q a impressora está sem funcionar desde ontem.
Poderiam ter me avisado ontem então, ne? Eu teria ido em outro lugar, e teria economizado um bom dinheiro que gastei com uber.
Não gostaria nem 1 minuto da vida deles, e economizaria dinheiro e tempo pra mim.
Fora isso, as atendentes foram educadas, e tinha ótimas opções de porta retrato lá

You could have told me yesterday then, right? I would have gone elsewhere, and would have saved a lot of money I spent with uber.
I would not even 1 minute of their lives, and save money and time for me.
Other than that, the attendants were educated and had great picture frame options there
