Nossa empresa é a 1ª no Brasil a realizar reforma e manutenção de amortecedores importados, coxins e suspensões em geral inclusive para carros BLINDADOS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós-venda péssimo! Primeira vez que fiz o serviço e não faço nunca mais. Mandei uma bolsa que, recondicionada por eles, e após 3 meses de uso simplesmente furou! Me deram várias desculpas esfarrapadas, mas não me deram a garantia da bolsa. E fui atendido por uma menina muito mal educada, por sinal. Não recomendo!
 After-sales sucks! First time I did the service and never do it again. I sent a bag that, reconditioned by them, and after 3 months of use simply stuck! They gave me lots of ragged excuses, but they did not give me the purse guarantee. And I was attended to by a very rude girl, by the way. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é até bom, parecem ser honestos porém o produto tem qualidade contestável. Refiz a bolsa de ar com eles e só tenho problema. No final do primeiro ano de garantia, começou a vazar. Refizeram o serviço, sem oferecer muita resistência. Acontece que, ao final do segundo ano, voltou a vazar.
Os contatei e, num primeiro momento, tentaram se esquivar, dizendo que a falha se dá porque o amortecedor vaza óleo e estraga a borracha. Pois bem, nesse momento eu reforcei que quando fiz o primeiro serviço, já tinha pago para recondicionarem o amortecedor (porque já tinham vindo com esse papo para justificar o recondicionamento do amortecedor, também). Quando disse isso, informaram que dariam um jeito mas, desde então, não recebo resposta as mensagens que envio.
Ou seja, parece ser um produto que te atende de improviso. Detalhe que todas as demais bolsas, ainda originais do carro, estão intactas, reforçando que a qualidade da Mag é bem ruim (meu carro tem mais de 10 anos). NÃO RECOMENDO, DE FORMA ALGUMA.
The service is good, they seem to be honest but the product has a contestable quality. I redid the air bag with them and I just have a problem. At the end of the first year of warranty, it began to leak. They remade the service without offering much resistance. It turns out that by the end of the second year, it leaked again.
I contacted them and at first tried to dodge, saying that the failure is because the damper leaks oil and spoils the rubber. Well, at that point I reinforced that when I did the first job, I had already paid to refurbish the damper (because they had already come up with this talk to justify refurbishing the damper, too). When I said that, they said they would find a way, but since then I have not received a response to the messages I send.
That is, it seems to be a product that serves you suddenly. Detail that all other bags, still original car, are intact, reinforcing that the quality of Mag is very poor (my car is over 10 years). I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYWAY.
