★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem uma boa variedade de produtos, porém o atendimento da loja deixa a desejar, ja que o desconto quanto a pagamento no dinheiro eles dão pela cara do cliente, tem cliente que ganha e outros nao.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As lojas físicas são ótimas, sempre encontro o que procuro e as funcionárias são atenciosas e prestativas. Porém o atendimento online via WhatsApp é precário, demoram dias para responder e é quase impossível comprar tudo o que se precisa por mensagem, o site tbm parece ser desatualizado o que dificulta as compras online.
The physical stores are great, I always find what I'm looking for and the employees are attentive and helpful. However online service via WhatsApp is precarious, it takes days to respond and it is almost impossible to buy everything you need by message, the tbm site seems to be outdated which makes online shopping difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOJA FÍSICA: atendimento é muito bom, as moças são gentis, educadas e pacientes... da pra ver que elas trabalham muito, e o trabalho delas exigem bastante delas fisicamente e mentalmente... mesmo assim dão conta...
Os materiais são bons, encontra de tudo um pouco, apesar de não ter tudo que a gente precisa, mas tem o suficiente... em relação a preço, é bom também, e se for no dinheiro, elas dão desconto de 10%, o que é excelente!
WHATSAPP: se fosse pra dar uma nota, daria 1... a gente manda mensagem e demoram dias pra responder, isso quando responde, na maioria das vezes apenas não respondem... só não dei 5 estrelas pra loja por causa do atendimento no Whatsapp.
SITE: tem bastante coisinhas e é bem organizado, porém não tem nem metade dos produtos que tem na loja física.. então eles podiam atualizar e colocar bem mais coisas, as vezes preciso comprar pelo site e só retirar na loja física (porque o frete é muito caro, 25,00.. pra mim não compensa), e tenho que ir na loja física de todo jeito porque no site as opções são limitadas.
PHYSICAL STORE: service is very good, the girls are kind, polite and patient... you can see that they work a lot, and their work demands a lot of them physically and mentally... they still manage...
The materials are good, you can find a little of everything, despite not having everything we need, but there is enough... in relation to the price, it's also good, and if it's money, they give a 10% discount, which is excellent!
WHATSAPP: if I were to give a grade, I'd give it 1... we send a message and it takes days to reply, that's when you reply, most of the time they just don't reply... I just didn't give 5 stars to the store because of the service at Whatsapp.
WEBSITE: there are a lot of little things and it's well organized, but there aren't even half of the products that are in the physical store... so they could update and put a lot more stuff, sometimes I need to buy it through the website and only pick it up at the physical store (because the shipping it's very expensive, 25.00... it doesn't pay for me), and I have to go to the physical store anyway because the options are limited on the site.
