★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre um móvel nessa loja e peça 10 dias de folga no seu emprego para ficar à disposição em tempo integral da boa vontade da loja realizar a entrega do seu móvel, porque mesmo que você autorize a portaria do seu prédio a receber, eles não entregam. Não agendam dia nem hora e estimam o prazo de entrega em até 10 dias. Um absurdo! E não adianta reclamar porque aí eles só irão entregar uma semana depois. Uma total falta de respeito com o cliente. Nunca mais!!

Coisas lindas e maravilhosas para tudo sala, cozinha, banheiro e quarto.
Very, very top, what the Leader group did in this space was crazy. Anyone thinking about decorating their home in retirement can go straight to the Castanheira mall where you will find everything you need there.

O grande diferencial, ele oferece o serviço de uma design de interior e arquiteto para melhor atender o cliente. A entrega e a montagem, dependendo do produto, são grátis, dependendo do local também! Atendimento Vip e personalizado, a loja fica no Shopping Castanheira.

Ao comprar um sofá de 4 acentos, reclinável e retrátil, chegou no prazo porém, no ato da compra foi explicado com relação a montagem dos pés que seria realizado pelo cliente Ao ser montado a parte retrátil ficava submersa pois os pés eram inadequados para o modelo do sofá. Me dirigir à loja para fazer uma reclamação quanto a situação, foi solicitado um profissional para verificar. Vale ressaltar que por duas vezes aconteceram o mesmo incidente, já cansada e triste pois não abria mão de outro modelo fui ouvida mas uma vez pela gerência e informada pelo montador quanto a questão de um novo pé para o sofá....Gente ele chegou hoje, perfeito, lindo do jeito que minha família queria..E caro? sim é... mas vale a pena pois eles sempre estão dispostos a ajudar...
Aqui todo meu respeito e carinho para cada um funcionário dessa empresa líder magazan casa...
