★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a compra de um carrinho de bebê com bebê conforto de cor preta no evento do Rio Centro no Rio de Janeiro, na loja que a Magazin do Bebê.
Solicitei da cor preta e no momento da entrega, o evento já havia encerrado por conta do horário, então rapidamente quiseram me despachar com a compra, com tratamento completamente diferente da pré-venda. Me entregaram o carrinho na embalagem informando que era preto e do mesmo modelo da compra. Não quiseram abrir a embalagem, por conta do horário. Ao conferir o produto, verifiquei que me entregaram de cor diferente. Entramos em contato com o telefone fixo da loja física, onde uma vendedora informou que me daria uma solução em 3 dias, mas como não me deram retorno, entrei novamente em contato e me passaram o celular do Milton (proprietário), que por sua vez me prestou um péssimo atendimento. Mesmo estando online, o Milton não responde as minhas mensagens e rejeita as minha ligações. Não me deram uma solução. Minha esposa está prestes a dar a luz e não temos o carrinho da

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no LOCAL PESSOALMENTE ótimo, porém se comprar algo para entrega pode esquecer! Eles simplesmente combinam de entregar em um dia e nao entregam! Não entram em contato, não atendem e se mandamos msg cobrando somos tratados mal como se nós fossemos culpados. Comprei na loja e paguei a vista para ser entregue no outro dia, não entregaram e não falaram absolutamente nada. Tinha que entregar as coisas que comprei cinco dias depois para a pessoa presenteada e adivinha? Nada, e nem retorno tive.
Enfim, a parte de entrega e compromisso com os clientes é péssimo, espero que ninguém mais passe por isso, a loja tem produtos ótimos mas não confio em comprar nada para entrega nunca mais
Service at the PERSONALLY great PLACE, but if you buy something for delivery you can forget it! They simply agree to deliver in one day and do not deliver! They don't contact us, they don't answer and if we send messages charging we are treated badly as if we were guilty. I bought at the store and paid for the view to be delivered the other day, they did not deliver and said absolutely nothing. Did I have to deliver the things I bought five days later to the person presented and guess what? Nothing, and there was no return.
Anyway, the delivery and commitment to customers is terrible, I hope no one else goes through this, the store has great products but I don't trust buying anything for delivery ever again

Wonderful store, excellent service, great variety of products, beautiful prints, kits for very complete and beautiful crib. A store that every mom should know. We found everything for our princess trousseau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, comprei um carrinho 12/03 na feira do bebe ficaram de me entregar na mesma semana, e estou ate hoje 16/05 na luta com eles , cada dia me dão uma nova data e agora nem me atendem mais , estou para ganhar neném e eles não resolvem meu problema, péssima loja não indico e não compro nunca mais.

SIMPLESMENTE SOMEM E NÃO DÃO RETORNO.Vamos ter que acionar a justiça. É um absurdo.
O bebê vai nascer e ainda nao tem o carrinho.
NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA.

Shop without commitment and without respect for the consumer. My friend bought a stroller at the baby's fair it's been 3 months without a response, no contact, no delivery of the stroller.
THEY SIMPLY DISAPPEAR AND THEY DON'T GIVE A RETURN. We'll have to go to court. It's an absurd.
The baby is due and doesn't have a stroller yet.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
WE WILL REPORT this gang.

Ficaram de entregar na até o dia 18/03 e até hoje não recebi... o sr. Fernando entrou em contato comigo na primeira semana pra informar que atrasaria a entrega mas ele simplesmente ignora todas as mensagens que mando e não atende o telefone. NÃO COMPREM NESTA LOJA CASO NÃO TENHAM O PRODUTO A PRONTA ENTREGA!!!!!
I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this store... unfortunately, I fell for the con artist!! I bought a stroller at the baby fair in BH on the 13/03th, I paid in cash! They were due to be delivered until the 18/03th and I still haven't received it... Mr. Fernando contacted me in the first week to let me know that he would delay the delivery but he just ignores all the messages I send and doesn't answer the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT IN READY DELIVERY!!!!!
