Não ouvem nada do que o cliente precisa, tentam enfiar uma venda casada com o tal do combo, mentem na cara dura, pedi pra montar um módulo elétrico, disseram que iam ver, não montaram, sumiram com os conectores e parafusos da caixa do módulo. Também me entregaram sem a montagem do selim (sumiu e depois apareceu), coisa de doido! O ponto é bom, bom mix de produtos, pessoal simpático, falta investir em treinamento, os funcionários estão perdidos!
They need URGENT training !!! They don’t hear anything the customer needs, they try to start a sale married to the combo, they lie in the face, I asked to assemble an electrical module, they said they were going to see it, they didn’t assemble it, they disappeared with the connectors and screws from the module box . They also delivered me without the saddle assembly (it disappeared and then it appeared), crazy thing! The point is good, good product mix, friendly staff, lack of investment in training, employees are lost!
