★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive aí no dia 27/03/21 com minha mãe, amei a loja, ótimos produtos, preços razoáveis e o atendimento da repositora que nos atendeu foi ótimo.
Fomos para a fila onde só tinha um caixa aberto e 4 pessoas na nossa frente, foi chegando gente e esperamos uns 20 minutos quando veio uma moça mal humorada para abrir o outro caixa e chamou as pessoas que estavam por último na fila, achei um absurdo e perguntei a ela pq não chamou quem estava a mais tempo na fila e ela com um tom de deboche disse TANTO FAZ.
Enfim fica aqui a minha reclamação para que o responsável pela loja mude isso pq é muito injusto que quem está na fila a 20 minutos fique esperando mais enquanto que quem acabou de chegar tem preferência já que a fila é única (detalhe, minha mãe é idosa e sendo idosa deveria ter tido preferência desde que chegamos à fila).
I was there on 03/27/21 with my mother, I loved the store, great products, reasonable prices and the service from the store that served us was great.
We went to the queue where there was only one box open and 4 people in front of us, people arrived and we waited for about 20 minutes when a girl in a bad mood came to open the other box and called the people who were last in line, I thought it was absurd and I asked her why she didn’t call who was in the queue the longest and she said in a mocking tone SO MUCH DOES.
Anyway, here is my complaint so that the person in charge of the store changes this because it is very unfair that those who are in the queue for 20 minutes are waiting longer while those who have just arrived have preference since the queue is unique (detail, my mother is elderly) and being elderly should have been preferred since we got to the queue).
