Liguei hoje na loja solicitando fotos dos modelos de cobreleito desse ano para fazer a troca em nossos 20 apartamentos e fui surpreendida com o PESSIMO atendimento da moça que me atendeu com o nome de Lídia.
Ela disse que não poderia atender a minha necessidade então solicitei falar com a gerentw e ele disse que a gerente não poderia me atender. Perguntei como poderia falar com ela e ela debochadamente disse que era para eu ir tentando.
Total descaso com o cliente.
Fico imaginando se é esse o treinamento dado pela loja ou se realmente é perfil do atendimento de vocês.
Lamentável
I am a customer of the store and I make bulk purchase every year for my hostel in São Roque de Minas.
I called the store today requesting pictures of the models of copperleito that year to make the exchange in our 20 apartments and I was surprised by the PESSIMO attendance of the girl who called me by the name of Lídia.
She said she could not meet my need so I asked to speak to Gerentw and he said that the manager could not answer me. I asked how I could talk to her and she foolishly said it was for me to try.
Total disregard for the customer.
I wonder if this is the training given by the store or if it really is the profile of the care of you.
