★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito insatisfeito com a falta de comunicação entre os departamentos, ontem passei 2 hrs em pé esperando um atendimento que seria algo que em outras lojas concorrentes seria 20 min, na qual não foi resolvido meu problema, hoje espera mais de 1 hrs e não conseguiram resolver o meu problema ainda. Vou ter que retornar outro horário para tentar resolver esse problema! Não indico para ninguém, pois a dor de cabeça para resolver algo que seria simples e muito grande! Extremamente chateado e frustado com a empresa!

I will have to return another time to try to solve this problem! I don't recommend it to anyone, because the headache to solve something that would be simple and very big!
