Fui buscar um compra que fiz pela Internet, demorei 1h pra ser atendida,o rapaz do atendimento passava por mim e virava a cara, ficou mexendo no celular una 15 minutos, só me atendeu depois que perguntei da moça do caixa onde estava a pessoa responsável pela entrega. Ai ele disse que era pra eu esperar. Não compro mais nada pra retirar nessa Loja.
 Service in this store is terrible. Employees pass you no good morning.
I went to get a purchase I made over the Internet, it took me 1 hour to be answered, the service guy walked past me and turned his face, he kept touching his cell phone for 15 minutes, he only answered me after I asked the cashier where the responsible person was for delivery. Then he said I should wait. I don't buy anything else to withdraw from this Store.

I don't like this company's merchandise delivery policy, I received a broken sofa and to return it I would have to pay for the transport to the place intended by the company to return it. Dishonest company. I don't recommend it to anyone.
