★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo aqui um comentário para os clientes que queiram comprar algum produto nesta loja com a intenção de alertar sobre a falta de respeito dos vendedores para com os clientes.
Pois bem eu comprei um celular da marca samsung modelo (S10 plus) no dia 11/06/21 com o vendedor (Murilo Antônio), o mesmo me informou que a compra eu estava realizando era de um produto novo e lacrado, em outras palavras uma compra segura, porém na hora de retirar o produto no pacote percebi que o produto era (REMANOFATURADO) em outras palavras recondicionado, nem na caixa que o celular estava armazenado era original do modelo, ou seja comprei e paguei um produto novo mais queriam que eu levasse para casa um usado ou consertado.
Felizmente consegui realizar o reembolso, porém levanto aqui uma dúvida, até que ponto vai a falta de honestidade e transparência dos vendedores para com os clientes para conseguir realizar uma venda, infelizmente pensarei duas ou mais vezes antes de comprar novamente na Magazine Luiza.

Well, I bought a samsung brand cell phone model (S10 plus) on 06/11/21 with the seller (Murilo Antônio), who informed me that the purchase I was making was a new and sealed product, in other words a safe purchase, but when removing the product from the package I realized that the product was (REMANUFACTURED) in other words reconditioned, not even in the box that the cell phone was stored in was the original model, that is, I bought and paid for a new product but they wanted I would take home a used or repaired one.
Fortunately, I managed to make a refund, but I raise a question here, to what extent is the lack of honesty and transparency of sellers towards customers in order to make a sale, unfortunately I will think twice or more before buying again at Magazine Luiza.
