É uma burocracia enorme pra se efetua uma compra a vista.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja de Coroatá apenas para fazer uma tirada de um produto comprado pelo aplicativo. Tive um problema pois o produto não estava separado na loja, mesmo tendo recebido um email informando a disponibilidade do mesmo. O gerente Tiago fez o atendimento pessoalmente, informando como proceder e me ajudando a resolver. Saí satisfeita da loja, por isso indico.
I was at the Coroatá store just to take a picture of a product purchased by the app. I had a problem because the product was not separate in the store, even though I received an email informing its availability. The manager Tiago did the service personally, telling me how to proceed and helping me to solve it. I left the store satisfied, so I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha eu só dei três estrelas, porque nós temos uma loja em nossa cidade e é mesmo que não ter. Exemplo: se eu quero comprar uma furadeira na loja não tem! Então o vendedor me diz que tenho que fazer um pedido dessa mercadoria pelo aplicativo dá loja. E eu me dirediciono à fazer o pedido, e lá tem meio mundo de burocracia, ainda mais eu que entendo um pouco de internet, eu acho difícil fazer uma compra pelo aplicativo, ainda mais aqui na minha cidade que 50 por cento não entendi nada de internet!
Look, I only gave three stars, because we have a store in our city and it really is not. Example: if I want to buy a drill in the store, there isn't! Then the seller tells me that I have to place an order for this merchandise through the store application. And I am directed to place the order, and there is a world of bureaucracy, even more because I understand a little bit of internet, I find it difficult to make a purchase through the app, especially here in my city that 50 percent did not understand anything Internet!

I really like shopping at Magazine Luiza, the physical store is very well structured and with good service but I always buy online, more for practicality, in addition to being much faster and in the comfort of home. Only the shipping of some products leaves a little to be desired.
