★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente foi muito sensível ao q buscávamos e elegante, na demonstração dos produtos, tratou-nos super bem. Só não gravei o nome dele. DIFÍCIL encontrar atendentes assim hj em dia. Sempre estão de cara fechada e são mal educados.
The attendant was very sensitive to what we were looking for and elegant, in the product demonstration, he treated us very well. I just didn't record his name. It's hard to find agents like that these days. They are always frowning and rude.

Cancelei a compr anterior e refiz o pedido com ajuda de um atendente do SAC, dessa vez para eu ir até a loja e retirar meu produto com 2 horas, isso foi as 11:20, e até agora, as 14:55, meu produto ainda nao tinha sido liberado... NUNCA TIVE ESSE PROBLEMA NA AMERICANAS. NAO RECOMENDO AS COMPRAS VIA APP DO MAGALU.... PESSIMA EXPERIENCIA.... OBS: Não estou falando da Loja Física! e sim de minha experienci com o APP e a entrega.
I made a purchase through the phone app on Friday 20/05, to receive it with 3 hours at my house, today is Monday, and so far nothing! I canceled the previous purchase and reordered it with the help of a customer service representative, this time for me to go to the store and pick up my product within 2 hours, that was at 11:20, and until now, at 14:55, my product had not yet been released... NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM IN AMERICANAS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING VIA THE MAGALU APP.... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE....
