No site informa que a loja funciona das 08:00 as 18:00 para fazer retirada (fiz uma compra na quinta e recebi o e-mail sexta falando que poderia fazer a retirada das 08:00 as 18:00) estou na frente da loja desde as 08:00, liguei agora e me informaram que só a partir das 09:00 a loja abrirá, mas que ele não garantem que abrirá realmente as 09:00, ou seja, eu tenho que ficar disponível para a hora que a eles decidirem o horário de abrir a loja. Falta de respeito com o cliente! Já são 09:20 e a loja continua fechada.
