I went into the store to buy a Smartphone and waited for about 10 minutes to be served, I noticed that the salespeople were chatting. I went to Pernambucanas and in less than 10 minutes I bought the item I wanted and with good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Todas as vezes que fui os atendentes foram indiferentes, além do atendimento extremamente demorado. Precisa de uma bela repaginada no quadro de funcionários. Lojas como essa são uma das razões das pessoas passarem a comprar apenas pela internet. Atendimento tão demorado quanto esperar o produto chegar na minha casa.
Terrible attendance. Every time I went the attendants were indifferent, in addition to the extremely slow service. Needs a nice makeover on the staff. Stores like this are one of the reasons people start shopping online only. Service as long as waiting for the product to arrive at my house.
