I will always withdraw the credit card bill because it's been a while since I received the printed bill! I've been a customer for ten years at magazine luiza! But their financier doesn't have a conversation, they don't make it easy for the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Precisa ir atrás do vendedor para ser atendida, ficam rindo entre si e conversando na sua frente. Sem falar que para a aprovação de crédito fiquei três horas esperando enquanto estavam almoçando e tomando café, para no final me falarem que não foi aprovado. Horrível atendimento, péssimo lugar.
Terrible attendance. You need to go after the salesperson to be served, they are laughing among themselves and talking in front of you. Not to mention that for the credit approval I waited three hours while they were having lunch and coffee, only to be told at the end that it was not approved. Horrible service, terrible place.
