★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível quando eu fui retirar meu produto o entregador não soube me explicar sobre a garantia depois veio outro que se achava o dono da loja e falou todo arrogante que a garantia somente pelo site
Sinceramente sempre compro no magalu mas nessa loja não ponho mas meus pés funcionários sem nenhum preparo ficam olhando pra gente com cara de desprezo.
Horrible customer service when I went to pick up my product, the delivery guy didn't know how to explain about the warranty, then another one, who was the store owner, said that the guarantee was only arrogant through the website
Honestly I always buy at magalu but in this store I don’t put but my feet unprepared employees are looking at us with contempt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo,sou cliente magalu a anos, mas essa loja deixou a desejar comprei uma tv pelo aplicativo mas ao chegar na loja fui mal atendido.
O cara que fez a entrega não quiz abrir a caixa para que eu pudesse conferir o produto funcionários mal preparados se recusaram a me ajudar levar o produto a te meu veículo. Nota 0 pra esses funcionários que se acham todos com nariz empinado alô magalu desse jeito não dá.
Lousy service, I have been a Magalu customer for years, but this store left something to be desired. I bought a TV through the app but when I arrived at the store I was poorly served.
The guy who made the delivery didn't want to open the box so I could check the product. Badly prepared employees refused to help me take the product to my vehicle. A score of 0 for those employees who all have a nose up, hello magalu like that, it doesn't work.

Só que vcs não se responsabilizaram pelo o celular então se preparem porque vou entrar com uma ação judicial contra vcs vcs estão totalmente errados ok até mais ???????????
Dude my wife bought a cell phone there with you guys and. He started to have problems on the screen, she went there and so you can see what it is about and it's under warranty. But you guys weren't responsible for the cell phone so get ready because I'm going to file a lawsuit against you guys, you are totally wrong ok even more ???????????

Liguei pra eles pra perguntar se chegou ALGO QUE EU COMPREI COM ELES e o rapaz disse que por questões de segurança não havia como verificar... Como que não tem como verificar ALGO QUE EU COMPREI?! Atendimento nota 0!
Terrible service! I'm from another city, I made a purchase through the APP to withdraw there, but I couldn't receive the notice by email because I lost access and I couldn't change it through the website. I called them to ask if SOMETHING I PURCHASED WITH THEM arrived and the guy said that for security reasons there was no way to check... How can you not check SOMETHING I PURCHASED?! Service grade 0!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no dia 26/11/2021 ate o presente momento n chegou e nem resolvem o problema ja fui ate na loja fisica e foram mal educados a gerencia e o vendedor do produto n resolveram ja ligue p o 0800 deram o prazo ate o dia 18/01/2022 p chegar o produto e nda de chegar informe a loja e os mesmo falaram q n podem fazer nada
I made a purchase on 11/26/2021 so far it hasn't arrived and they don't even solve the problem I went to the physical store and the management and the product seller were rude and they didn't solve it already call po 0800 they gave the deadline until the day 01/18/2022 When the product arrives and it doesn't arrive, inform the store and they said they can't do anything
