Tive problema numa venda. Comprei x produto, lançaram errado. Ao chegar no pacote e conferência que vi que estava errado e alertei. Fiquei quase uma hora pra resolver o produto (acharem o certo e negociar o preço, já que era mais caro). A demora foi mais por conta área de pacote e retirada que é um desastre, completamente desorganizada, rapazes sem vontade de atender. Deu pra imaginar como é o estoque, até porque vimos uma porta aberta e muita bagunça. Inacreditável ser esse padrão Magazine Luiza, ou FALTA Gerência ativa nessa loja. Só fiquei porque o preço valia a pena. Se tiver pressa, não recomendo.
I had a problem with a sale. I bought x product, launched wrong. Upon arriving at the package and conference I saw that I was wrong and warned. I spent almost an hour to solve the product (find the right one and negotiate the price, since it was more expensive). The delay was more due to the package and pick-up area, which is a disaster, completely disorganized, guys unwilling to attend. You can imagine how the stock is, even because we saw an open door and a lot of mess. It is unbelievable to be this Magazine Luiza pattern, or there is LACK active management in this store. I only stayed because the price was worth it. If you're in a hurry, I don't recommend it.

Loja Gonzaga - Santos, Atendimento muito ruim mesmo, pessimo, pessoal trabalhando na loja conversando entre eles e usando celular no horario de trabalho sem nem prestar atenção aos clientes. Atendimento muito ruim tambem na retirada de mercadorias compradas on-line.
Loja Gonzaga - Santos, Really bad service, very bad, people working in the store talking to each other and using cell phones during working hours without even paying attention to customers. Very bad service also when picking up goods purchased online.

Experiência péssima, tentei comprar um iPhone 12 utilizando cartão virtual na loja física porque precisava urgentemente do celular, cheguei na loja parecia que eu tava fazendo um favor em comprar o celular, não deram nenhuma assistência ou empenho para vender o produto para mim e olha que era um valor bem alto. Resumindo fiquei das 10hrs até quase 15hr esperando resposta da aprovação, ligaram pra confirmar os dados e disseram que tava tudo certo que era só aguardar, porém sem mais nem menos não aprovaram a compra, uma das vendedoras alegou que entrou no "sistema anti fraude" da magazine e que eu só iria conseguir se passar o cartão físico, gastei um monte de estacionamento zona azul, tive que almoçar no shopping ao lado pra não conseguir comprar o que queria, ah e quando eu disse que ia comprar em outro lugar a vendedora ainda alegou que eu não ia conseguir comprar em lugar nenhum porque o cartão já estaria no sistema de possível fraude. Acabei comprando online na Submarino com o mesmo cartão. Só tive dor de cabeça e gastei dinheiro atoa esperando a boa vontade da magalu me vender o celular.
Bad experience, I tried to buy an iPhone 12 using a virtual card in the physical store because I needed the cell phone urgently, I arrived at the store it looked like I was doing a favor in buying the cell phone, they didn't give any assistance or effort to sell the product to me and look at that it was a very high value. In short, I stayed from 10 am to almost 3 pm waiting for a response from the approval, they called to confirm the data and said that it was all right to just wait, but out of the blue they did not approve the purchase, one of the salespeople claimed that she entered the "anti-fraud system" from the magazine and that I would only be able to get it if I swiped the physical card, I spent a lot of parking in the blue zone, I had to have lunch at the mall next door so I couldn't buy what I wanted, oh and when I said I was going to buy it somewhere else, the saleswoman still claimed that I would not be able to buy anywhere because the card would already be in the system of possible fraud. I ended up buying online at Submarino with the same card. I just had a headache and spent money for nothing waiting for the goodwill of magalu to sell me the cell phone.
