★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma cama box dia 11 dia da inauguração me prometeram a entrega dia 12 hj dia 14 ainda não chegou não me dão notícias do produto na central de atendimento.
Não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível, fui fazer a troca do telefone celular eles negaram a troca, alegando que já avisa passado da data, sendo que segundo do ártico 18 parágrafo 1°e 3° eu tenho 30 dias para troca imediata.
Quase dois mil no aparelho para ficar no prejuízo. Agora só resta entrar na justiça l.
Uma loja horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira e ultima vez q compareço a essa loja... Deixou muito a desejar. Comprei um painel tem 1 mês, paguei pela montagem e ate hj n vieram montar.. A minha tv ja chegou e tive q deixa-la dentro da caixa, pelo fato do painel n esta montado.. Ja é a terceira ve q agendo a montagem e o montador n comparece.. Fica so me enrolando. Tanto ele como o vendedor da loja... Olha se arrependimento matasse eu n estaria mais aqui. Nao indico essa loj a ninguem.. Ja comprei em quase todas as lojas de cabo frio( casas bahii, ponto frio, extra...) e nunca tive nenhum problema.. A magazine luiza foi a. minha primeira experiência e detestei.. O cliente n tem vez. Horrive..l Loja pessima

My TV has arrived and I had to leave it in the box, because the panel is not assembled.. It's the third time I've scheduled it. assembly and the assembler doesn't show up.. It's just winding me up. Both him and the store clerk... Look, if regret could kill I wouldn't be here anymore. I don't recommend this store to anyone.. I've bought it in almost all stores in Cabo Frio (Bahii Homes, Ponto Frio, Extra...) and I've never had any problems.. The Luiza magazine was a. my first experience and I hated it..
