★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tive problemas com atendimento 2 vezes ao fazer retirada de produtos na loja. Simplesmente péssimo, na primeira vez tive que ir a loja 3 vezes pra conseguir resolver (por pura preguiça dos funcionários) e ainda me fizeram ficar plantada mais de uma hora na ultima tentativa, minha sorte foi a zeladora maravilhosa que percebeu minha situação e auxiliou ir atrás de uma mulher que poderia ajudar agilizar (que aliás mal olhou pra minha cara, tava falando de roupas com outra funcionária)
Na segunda vez recebi um celular aberto e o cara ainda ficou querendo ser dono da razão. Se é pra olhar se os acessórios estão ok é melhor pedir pro cliente fazer isso na sua frente e não entregar o celular com selo rompido e tratando a gente com ignorância!
Decepcionada com essa loja física, por isso nem me dou o trabalho de ir procurar qualquer produto lá, a internet é mais prática e não trata cliente com descaso ?
Recomendo qualquer pessoa comprar pelo aplicativo e passar somente pela humilhação de fazer retirada na loja ou até mesmo receber pelos correios... preço MIL VEZES mais acessível e diminui a raiva que você vai passar ❤
I have had problems with customer service 2 times when taking products from the store. Simply terrible, the first time I had to go to the store 3 times to get it resolved (out of sheer laziness by the employees) and they still made me stay planted more than an hour on the last try, my luck was the wonderful janitor who realized my situation and helped me go behind a woman who could help speed it up (who actually barely looked at my face, was talking about clothes with another employee)
The second time I received an open cell phone and the guy still wanted to be the owner of reason. If it is to see if the accessories are ok, it is better to ask the customer to do this in front of you and not to hand the phone with a broken seal and treating us with ignorance!
Disappointed with this physical store, so I don't even bother to go looking for any product there, the internet is more practical and doesn't treat customers neglect ?
I recommend anyone to buy through the app and only go through the humiliation of making withdrawals in the store or even receiving them by post ... A THOUSAND TIMES more affordable price and reduces the anger you will spend ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma máquina na loja, e a moça que faz cartão pegou os dados do meu esposo e fez um cartão pra ele, acontece que quando estávamos voltando para São Domingos a moça nos ligou com o número da loja pra perguntar se eles tinham colocado a máquina certa em cima do carro meu marido confirmou, e a moça pegou e mandou msg com o número dela particular pra tratar do mesmo assunto. Se tem o número da loja, inclusive o whatsapp gostaria de entender pq as pessoas falam do próprio número com os clientes! Reclamei por falta de profissionalismo e por não olhar a máquina que estavam colocando sobre o carro. Ainda ouvi comentários na loja sobre a beleza de meu esposo. Achei ridículo. ?
I bought a machine at the store, and the girl who makes cards took my husband's data and made him a card, it turns out that when we were returning to São Domingos the girl called us with the store number to ask if they had put the machine right on top of the car my husband confirmed, and the girl took it and sent a message with her private number to deal with the same matter. If you have the store number, including whatsapp, I would like to understand why people talk about their number with customers! I complained for lack of professionalism and for not looking at the machine they were putting on the car. I still heard comments in the store about my husband's beauty. I found it ridiculous. ?
