Me enviaram para "procurar" pelo responsável em outro pavimento. Pediram documentação, mas não aceitaram minha CNH no celular (aplicativo oficial) alegando que somente poderia apresentar documento original. Demorou excessivamente para entregar o equipamento e, depois de todo esse tempo, tentaram vender cartão e garantia extendida.
Service leaves something to be desired. I had a hard time receiving product purchased over the internet. There was not an adequate reception. They sent me to "look for" the person in charge on another floor. They asked for documentation, but did not accept my CNH on their cell phone (official application) claiming that they could only present an original document. It took too long to deliver the equipment and, after all this time, they tried to sell card and extended warranty.
