★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que loja desorganizada. Dificuldade de achar um vendedor, aliás, tinha um que estava atendendo uma mocinha e nem deu bola para nós, duas velhinhas. Depois de alguns longos minutos apareceu uma vendedora muito simpática. O martírio foi depois, ninguém para entregar a mercadoria. Ficamos por volta de meia hora, eu, andando de um lado para outro, procurando alguém que pudesse nos atender, até que encontrei a vendedora que nos fez o favor de entregar a cafeteira elétrica. Muito decepcionante essa loja.
What a disorganized store. Difficulty finding a seller, in fact, there was one who was serving a young lady and didn't even pay attention to us, two old ladies. After a few long minutes a very nice saleswoman appeared. The martyrdom was later, no one to deliver the goods. We stayed for about half an hour, me, walking from one side to the other, looking for someone who could help us, until I found the saleswoman who did us the favor of delivering the electric coffee maker. This store is very disappointing.

Como iria expirar o prazo acordado para retirada do pedido na loja, resolvi ligar para o número de contato informado. Fui atendido pela atendente virtual que, diante a falta de opções disponíveis para continuidade do atendimento virtual, disse que iria transferir para atendimento humano e em seguida a ligação foi interrompida. Repeti todo o processo, achando q realmente poderia ter acontecido algum problema, mas não: A ligação foi novamente interrompida. Em respeito a ética, deveriam tirar esse pseudo número de seus contatos.
The 2 stars refer to misleading information, which casts doubt on the suitability of a company I have always respected. As the agreed deadline for picking up the order at the store would expire, I decided to call the contact number provided. I was attended by the virtual attendant who, given the lack of options available for continuity of the virtual service, said that he would transfer to human service and then the call was interrupted. I repeated the whole process, thinking that there could have been a problem, but no: The connection was interrupted again. Out of respect for ethics, they should remove this pseudo number from their contacts.
