★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queriam que eu fizesse cartão da loja a todo custo. Quando o vendedor não conseguiu me convencer, falou com a atendente pra me convencer. Depois chamou uma outra pessoa pra tentar me convencer, foi horrível.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim. Atendentes despreparados. Não recebi ajuda nenhuma para resolver o problema com o Retire em 2 horas, visto q havia quase 12 hs q tinha feito a compra. Pediram q eu ligasse para o SAC, oq é um atraso de vida, pois tentei umas 10 vzs sem sucesso, só com gravações automáticas, até aparecer opção para alguém atender, e sanar as dúvidas e fazer o cancelamento da compra para q conseguisse comprar alí na loja mesmo e levar o produto. Além disso, enquanto falava com a atendente via ligação, uma das atendentes da loja, ligou o som MUITO alto para demonstração ao cliente, me impossibilitando de ouvir a ligação. Enfim, experiência frustrante!!!
