ha for me it was great Magazine Luiza I liked it a lot I have credit there my card is valid in Other Stores and even Supr Mercado is Store to tell the truth it from my experience speak not only three stars but four or more that's it people super nice staff I loved it buy our Stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, nunca a entrega do produto é no dia combinado. Comprei um sofá na quarta feira com promessa de ser entregue na sexta, mesmo o produto estando no mostruário. Chegou na sexta enviamos msg perguntado a previsão de chegada, os atendentes apenas visualizavam e quando foi de tarde nos responderam informado que as entregas nesse dia seriam apenas na zona rural. E que a entrega do nosso produto demoraria mais 5 dias para ser entregue, isso porque como repito, o produto já estava na loja. Foi decepcionante, o atendente nos deu certeza que o produto seria entregue numa determinada data gerando expectativa em nos e por motivo bizarro cancela nossa entrega causando frustração.
Badly, the delivery of the product is never on the agreed day. I bought a sofa on Wednesday with a promise of delivery on Friday, even though the product was on display. Arrived on Friday, we sent an msg asking for the expected arrival, the attendants only saw it and when it was in the afternoon they replied informing us that the deliveries on that day would only be in the countryside. And that the delivery of our product would take another 5 days to be delivered, because as I repeat, the product was already in the store. It was disappointing, the attendant assured us that the product would be delivered on a certain date, generating expectations in us and, for a bizarre reason, cancels our delivery causing frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha família sempre que vai aí falam que são mal atendidos, não sei o que acontece, pq eu também sou funcionária da magazine luisa, e nossa empresa não compactua com esse tipo de comportamento e atendimento!! Minha mãe, minhas tias, até menos meus amigos vão aí e reclamam!! Que absurdo!
My family always goes there they say they are poorly attended, I don't know what happens, because I'm also an employee of the magazine luisa, and our company doesn't condone this type of behavior and service!! My mother, my aunts, even less my friends go there and complain!! How absurd!
