Comprei um armário de cozinha dia 27/11/2020 e paguei o frete, hoje já são 9 de Dezembro e não me entregaram ainda.
Dizeram que iam entregar ontem, aguardei até às 18:00hs e ninguém apareceu.
Liguei e disseram que iam entregar hoje, mas ninguém apareceu. Ligo e tiram do gancho para não atender, parece até que já anoraram o número para não atender a chamada.
Paciência, sejam mais profissionais e assim como vcs acolhem na hora de vender , sejam profissionais para entregar. Já são 12 dias sem o meu produto!
 Bad service, the store was already better.
I bought a kitchen cupboard on 11/27/2020 and paid the freight, today it is December 9th and I haven't been delivered yet.
They said they were going to deliver yesterday, I waited until 18:00 and no one came.
I called and they said they were going to deliver today, but no one came. I call and get off the hook to not answer, it seems that they have already written down the number to not answer the call.
Patience, be more professional and just as you welcome when selling, be professional to deliver. It's been 12 days without my product!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O gerente é muito profissional, porém, a assistência dos produtos lá comprados, são péssimos...mim mandaram levar o meu aparelho de tv pra cidade mais próxima , onde lá tem a loja de concertos....uma burocracia sem igual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja no site diz que abre 8:00, fui à Loja cheguei 8:05, nem sinal de abrir... Achei até que não estava funcionando mais na cidade...
Liguei, me falaram que estavam em reunião e que em 10 mn iria abrir, esperei até 8:30, nem sinal de abrir, liguei novamente, não me atenderam mais...
Me informei nos outros comércios ao lado, me disseram que a loja não tem horário de abrir...
Se não tem hora de abrir então não pode colocar no site que abre 8:00...

I inquired at the other shops next door, they told me that the store does not have opening hours...
If you don't have time to open then you can't put it on the website that opens at 8:00...
