Pedi para falar com a gerente disse q estava almoçando, pedi para falar no setor da venda disse que estavam almoçando. Ai pedi para ela repetir o nome pois não lembro se era KARINA no início que falou, e ela simplesmente BATEU TELEFONE NA MINHA CARA! PÉSSIMO! HORRÍVEL! Já queria cancelar, agora além de cancelar não volto nunca mais para comprar!
