Fui no dia de hoje no andar superior da loja, uma vendedora veio e me perguntou se preciso de ajuda, informei que eu estava bem e a chamaria se fosse preciso.
Minutos depois apareceu uma mulher, sem nem mesmo usar o uniforme que me seguiu olhando de "rabo de olho" e ficou me seguindo por toda a loja, eu fui me sentindo estranha e fui para o outro lado da loja e ela me seguiu, ela me seguiu por TODOS OS CORREDORES SEM DIZER UMA PALAVRA, após uns 20 minutos desisti de comprar o que quer que seja no local, me aproximei de outras funcionárias e perguntei se a mulher que estava me seguindo trabalhava lá, e falaram que era vendedora e que esse tipo de abordagem faz parte do MODO DE TRABALHO DA EMPRESA, pois bem, então não culpo a funcionária que está seguindo ordens, já que não tem escolha, mas espero que a empresa se atente a forma que está agindo, usar a técnica vendedor cão de guarda, não funciona, faz perder vendas e clientes para sempre, já que ninguém gosta de frequentar um ambiente que vê como ruim.
Alguns conhecidos já haviam comentado que não frequentam o local por conta do mau atendimento, agora entendo o motivo de tanta gente falar o mesmo.
HORRIBLE experience!
Today I went upstairs to the store, a saleswoman came and asked me if I need help, I informed her that I was fine and would call her if I needed to.
Minutes later a woman appeared, not even wearing her uniform, who followed me out of the corner of her eye and followed me around the store, I was feeling weird and I went to the other side of the store and she followed me, she followed me through ALL THE CORRIDORS WITHOUT SAYING A WORD, after about 20 minutes I gave up on buying anything there, approached other employees and asked if the woman who was following me worked there, and they said she was a seller and that this type of approach is part of the COMPANY'S WAY OF WORK, well, so I don't blame the employee who is following orders, as she has no choice, but I hope the company pays attention to the way she is acting, using the dog salesman technique on guard, it doesn't work, it makes you lose sales and customers forever, since no one likes to go to an environment they see as bad.
Some acquaintances had already commented that they don't go to the place because of the poor service, now I understand why so many people say the same thing.
