★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior imobiliária que tem em unamar. Não lhe dão nenhum assistência depois quando vc fecha com eles. E pior ainda é o construtor Ramos que é pilantra igual a dona da imobiliária.
 Worst estate agency in unamar. They don't give you any assistance afterwards when you close with them. And even worse is the builder Ramos, who is a crook like the owner of the real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma casa com a imobiliária Magdala Furtado. No momento de comprar o atendimento é bom, falam muitas coisas boas do lugar, do construtor. Mas, depois quando perguntamos das informações da construção da casa, a corretora não responde, o construtor não responde.
E quando respondem falam que avisam depois e não respondem mais.
Cadê a Responsabilidade com o cliente? O Profissionalismo? E o Respeito?
I bought a house with the real estate Magdala Furtado. When buying the service, it's good, they say a lot of good things about the place, about the builder. But, then when we ask about the construction information of the house, the broker does not answer, the builder does not answer.
And when they respond, they say that they warn afterwards and no longer respond.
Where's the responsibility with the customer? Professionalism? And Respect?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um imóvel na imobiliária Magdala Furtado no dia 01 de agosto de 2019 na planta, com data de entrega para 120 dias úteis. Todas às vezes que ia na obra não tinha pedreiro, o responsável da construtora Marlon chegou me oferecer outras coisas na casa e me pedia mais 30 dias, novamente eu ia na obra e nenhum pedreiro. Desde então estou fazendo contato com a imobiliária e pedindo que resolvam o problema, solicitei que devolvam o meu dinheiro pois já encontra se quitada a casa, me ofereçam uma outra ou comecem a pagar a multa. Fui na imobiliária fizemos um documento que o construtor junto com a imobiliária iriam depositar a muita no dia 17/07/2020 e nada. Está imobiliária não é seria nem confiável. Tentei de várias formas resolver amigávelmente porém eles não dão a menor atenção e continuam a enrolar. Muito decepcionada.

Realizei a compra de uma casa em Junho/2019 no condomínio Gravatá 1 e até o momento a mesma não foi entregue.
Fiz o pagamento à vista e em nenhum momento a mesma se movimentou junto ao construtor Leonardo para que meu problema fosse resolvido.
Estou até agora sem nenhum posicionamento.
Não recomento à ninguém.
Bad real estate.
I purchased a house in June/2019 in the Gravatá 1 condominium and so far it has not been delivered.

Nós sentimos enganados com a Imobiliária Magdala Furtado. Ao comprarmos nossa casa no Gravata 2, passamos por momentos muito estressantes. Houve atraso na entrega da casa, a mesma apresentou vários problemas.
Não houve um acompanhamento da imobiliária no decorrer da obra. Todas as vezes que vínhamos ver a obra , retornavamos para casa decepcionados, pois a pagamos a vista.
O construtor Sr. Leo dito pela imobiliária que era o melhor, só deixou a desejar.
Depois de meu marido ter ido a imobiliária exigindo a entrega e quase passando mal é que a mesma foi terminada as pressas.
Nós entramos na casa, ainda com os pedreiros trabalhando, nossa mudança chegou e ainda estavam finalizando a.
Tudo que é feito as pressas, ocorre problemas.
O slogan da imobiliária é: Realizando sonhos, mas o que faz é causar PESADELOS.
Não recomendo nem indico essa imobiliária, péssimo serviço.

We feel cheated with Magdala Furtado Real Estate. When we bought our house in Tie 2, we went through very stressful moments. There was a delay in the delivery of the house, it had several problems.
There was no real estate monitoring during the work. Every time we came to see the work, we returned home disappointed, as we paid for it in cash.
The builder Mr. Leo told by the real estate agency that he was the best, left nothing to be desired.
After my husband went to the real estate agency demanding the delivery and was almost sick, it was finished in a hurry.
We entered the house, still with the masons working, our move arrived and they were still finishing up.
Everything that is done in a hurry, problems occur.
The real estate's slogan is: Making dreams come true, but what it does is cause NIGHTMARES.
I do not recommend or recommend this real estate, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um imóvel na Imobiliária Magdala Furtado, o atendimento é espetacular porém em referente a compra do imóvel que adquirir na Florestinha onde a Corretora e o Construtor no ato do fechamento da compra nos disseram que tinha água e luz, não cai água a mais de 06 meses. Antes de vcs comprarem um imóvel conheça bem o local , principalmente quem mora em outra cidade, busque informações com vizinhos do Bairro, Porque na hora de vender é mil maravilha tem tudo, depois que você compra começamos a ver a realidade. Mas eu acredito na Justiça de Deus , ele é meu advogado e já resolvendo meu caso não só o meu mas de todos que compraram, porque R$61.000,00 não achamos no lixo. a Gente trabalha todos os dias, só Deus sabe o quanto batalhamos pra chegar no final do mês pagar uma prestação que não é um valor baixo , pensamos que construímos um sonho, nesse caso, ainda não acordei do pesadelo no qual estou vivendo.
Habitação para ser digna de moradia precisa ter infraestrutura urbana como: asfalto, rede de esgoto , redes de água, esgoto, energia elétrica que é o principal,infraestrutura social que é escola , posto de saúde,área de lazer e praças urbanizadas. isso é extensão natural da casa. mais prioridade água e luz. Pelo menos tenham consciência de quando compramos um imóvel é um sonho a ser realizado e não um pesadelo, transtorno e dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei por uma casa no condomínio orla 500 e a obra está parada. Não cumprem o que prometem mesmo com o dinheiro na mão, pegaram meu dinheiro e não terminaram a obra. As duas casas ao lado compradas depois da minha estão com a obra bem mais adiantada, o que mostra que só brigando ou entrando na justiça para que alguma coisa aconteça.
I paid for a house in the orla 500 condominium and the work is stopped. They don't fulfill what they promise even with the money in hand, they took my money and didn't finish the work. The two houses next door bought after mine are much more advanced, which shows that they are only fighting or going to court for something to happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Famosa imobiliária em Unamar - Cabo frio . Tem bastantes imóveis para venda . Porém sugiro analisar a mesma e o imóvel antes de fechar qualquer negócio . O atendimento e bom , porém ainda não comprei nada por ela , por isso não posso avaliar o pós venda .
