I asked for ifood, it took 40 minutes beyond the time stipulated by the app and it arrived completely melted. The phone of the establishment calls that falls. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido de açaí pelo Ifood na sexta dia 27/09 às 23:27hs. O "suco" de açaí foi entregue quase 2hs da madrugada. Quando liguei para reclamar e cancelar o pedido, quem me atendeu, Jéssica, não sabia nem me informar como ia meu pedido e nem como cancelar, me jurou que o dinheiro seria devolvido, esperando até hoje eles estornarem esse débito. Agora eu fico pensando, se eu tivesse ido na loja, ao invés de ter pedido pra entregar, será que eles iriam demorar esse tempo todo para um simples açaí? A loja está a 3km da minha casa, pra não dizer que foi o tempo de entrega pq não foi. Jéssica, não mente para clientes isso fala muito mal da lanchonete. Nunca mais faço pedido aí.
I placed an order for acai by Ifood on Friday 27th September at 23: 27hs. The acai "juice" was delivered almost 2 am. When I called to complain and cancel the order, the one who answered me, Jessica, could not even tell me how my order was going or how to cancel, swore that the money would be returned, waiting until today they reverse this debt. Now I wonder if I had gone to the store instead of asking to deliver, would they take all this time for a simple acai berry? The store is 3km from my house, not to say it was the delivery time because it was not. Jessica, don't lie to customers that speaks very badly of the diner. I never make a request there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de 2 horas de atraso, ninguém atende telefone nenhum e quando respondem no Ifood só pedem desculpas e não avisam quando o lanche chega.
1h depois do pedido de desculpa da loja nada do açaí e nenhuma comunicação por parte da loja.
A loja não se importa e não tem respeito pelos seus clientes.
Esperando o cancelamento do pedido e estorno do dinheiro.
Péssimo e atendimento horrível!
More than 2 hours late, no one answers any phone and when they answer at Ifood they just apologize and don't let them know when the snack arrives.
1h after the store's apology, no açaí and no communication from the store.
The store doesn't care and has no respect for its customers.
Waiting for order cancellation and refund of money.
Terrible and horrible service!
