They not delivered on time and even the owner made a scandal like you are right. They returned the money and told to turn. Terrible attendance. Not point out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a loja e comprei lembrancinhas para o nascimento do meu filho em 28/05, a empresa me pediu um prazo de 30 dias. No dia 29/06 fizeram contato dizendo que eu poderia retirar no dia seguinte a minha encomenda, informei que estava de repouso por orientação medica e que passaria no dia 06/07 para retirar. Quando estava chegando na loja recebi uma msg dizendo que ainda não estava pronto para que eu fosse no período da tarde. No dia 08/07 eu avisei que iria no período da tarde e ao chegar lá recebi a informação que não estava pronta, e me garantiram que me entregariam em casa no dia 09/07. No dia 11/07 recebi uma msg dizendo que sem falta receberia em minha casa as lembrancinhas, porem mais uma vez ninguém apareceu e não atende minhas ligações.
Não indico para ninguém os serviços desta empresa, eles não tem responsabilidade nenhuma. Em momento algum eu acelerei a produção, paguei o que me foi cobrado sem questionar 1 centavo e estou sendo tratada com desrespeito.
I went to the store and bought souvenirs for the birth of my son on 5/28, the company asked me for a deadline of 30 days. On 29/06 they made contact saying that I could withdraw the next day my order, informed that I was resting by medical advice and would pass on 07/06 to withdraw. When I was arriving at the store I received a message saying it was not ready for me to go in the afternoon. On 07/08 I warned that I would go in the afternoon and upon arriving there I received the information that was not ready, and they assured me that they would deliver me home on 07/07. On 07/11 I received a message saying that without fail I would receive the souvenirs in my house, but once again no one appeared and does not answer my calls.
I do not indicate to anyone the services of this company, they have no responsibility. At no time did I accelerate production, pay what I was charged without questioning 1 cent and I am being treated with disrespect.
