 During all the time I studied Graphic Design I looked for printers to get a good result in my work and Magic was by far the one I liked the most, great location, incredible service, great prices and wonderful quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se querem pagar o justo por um produto de qualidade, simplesmente procurem outra gráfica, o preço é um insulto a inteligência dos clientes e o atendimento é demorado e limitado...ainda cobram uma taxa extra de 15 reais para simplesmente ajustar o tamanho da impressão...nunca mais volto aí.
If you want to pay the fair for a quality product, simply look for another printer, the price is an insult to the customers' intelligence and the service is slow and limited ... they still charge an extra fee of 15 reais to simply adjust the print size ... I'll never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma gráfica com um bom atendimento, eu gostei não tive nenhum problema. Fiz uns cartões de visita e ficaram bem. Valores mais baixos que a maioria da concorrência que eu visitei.
A printer with good service, I liked it, I had no problem. I made some business cards and they were fine. Lower values than most of the competition I've visited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plotagem não saiu boa com linhas de projetos muito claras (economia de tinta). Tive que plotar os projetos em outra gráfica com mesmo preço e qualidade bem mais satisfatória.
Plotting did not turn out well with very clear design lines (saving ink). I had to plot the projects in another printer with the same price and much more satisfactory quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência que já tive. Ia deixar pra lá, mas tive que vir opinar porque foi uma situação que me chateou muito por se tratar de algo muito importante pra minha carreira. Solicitei marca páginas, já havia feito testes em outras gráficas em que meu arquivo saiu perfeito, mas não fiz pelo valor, por isso optei pela Magic. Mas dessa vez o barato realmente saiu caro, porque saiu com a pior qualidade possível. Me fizeram assinar a "prova" num ofício em que eu aprovei e quando saiu ruim no papel couchê, queriam dizer que eu que concordei (sendo que ofício é diferente do couchê, portanto a qualidade muda e a imagem também). Todas as unidades saíram com falhas de impressão e marcas de corte, além de marcas brancas. Além disso, a atendente foi extremamente desrespeitosa e só consegui resolver a situação depois que falei com o dono, sendo que a atendente fez de tudo pra situação não chegar aos ouvidos dele, que devolveu o dinheiro descontando uma taxa do cartão, e alegando que o defeito foi do meu arquivo, que como eu disse no começo, estava perfeito e eu já havia testado em outros locais de impressão. Triste!!!!!
Worst experience I ever had. I was going to let it go, but I had to come and give my opinion because it was a situation that upset me a lot because it was something very important to my career. I requested bookmarks, I had already done tests in other graphics where my file came out perfect, but I didn't do it for the value, so I opted for Magic. But this time the cheap was really expensive, because it came out with the worst quality possible. They made me sign the "proof" in a letter that I approved and when it came out bad on coated paper, they wanted to say that I agreed (since the letter is different from the coated paper, so the quality changes and the image too). All units came out with misprints and crop marks as well as white marks. In addition, the attendant was extremely disrespectful and I was only able to resolve the situation after I spoke to the owner, and the attendant did everything to prevent the situation from reaching him, who returned the money deducting a fee from the card, and claiming that the defect was my file, which as I said at the beginning, was perfect and I had already tested it in other print locations. Sad!!!!!
