★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam melhorar no atendimento. Não estou pedindo pró-atividade apenas um pouco de atenciosidade com o cliente. A sensação que o cliente tem quando entra é de estar atrapalhando e os vendedores parecem estar com cara de "compre e vá embora rápido".
 They need to improve their service. I'm not asking for proactivity just a little attention to the client. The feeling that the customer has when he enters is to be in the way and the salespeople seem to have a "buy and go fast" face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!!!! conheço a anos a loja hoje está sem atendimento decente, funcionários sem motivação pra vender na verdade nem parece que estão vendendo!! Não é barato, não tem mais variedades que costumava ter.
Terrible attendance!!!! I have known the store for years without decent service, employees without motivation to sell actually don't even seem to be selling !! It's not cheap, there are no more varieties than it used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bonita, tem alguns produtos bem bacanas. Se você gosta de Funko, eles tem uma coleção até que bem grande.
O preço é um pouco maior que as outras lojas do Sogo.
Não achei nada de Magic no dia em que visitei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido para pegar pessoalmente e o site dissia que podia pegar no mesmo dia até tinha horário para pegar, só que quando fui pegar o home que trabalha lá falou que não está pronto , só era feito de um dia para outro e que ela só levava pra loja pela manhã, no final foi só perda de tempo e de dinheiro, isso podi ter sido evitado se o próprio site falasse do prazo para pegar pessoalmente só que é justo ao contrário o site já fala que você podi lá buscar.
Alem disso o atendimento com clinte não é bom parece que trabalha com má vontade e também parece que o cliente está incomodado lá dendtro foi isso que me passou nas duas vezes que fui.

Só está aberta por falta de concorrência próxima.
