★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e ambiente bonito, a farmácia mais tradicional de Barão, mas algumas vezes demoram para responder a solicitação pelo whatssap. Por isto, dou 4 estrelas.
Good service and beautiful environment, the most traditional pharmacy in Barão, but sometimes it takes time to answer the request through whatssap. For this, I give 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos bons mas atendimento muito ruim. Em alguns momentos todas as funcionárias saem, ficam no computador na sala e ninguém é capaz de sair pra atender. Se o cliente quiser algo rápido precisa esperar uma eternidade. Falta gerência nessa farmácia.
Good products but very poor service. In some moments all the employees leave, they stay in the computer in the room and nobody is able to leave to attend. If the customer wants something fast he has to wait forever. Management is missing from this pharmacy.

The place is very pleasant. I was very happy to have been well attended by an employee who took my doubts about the essential oils for aromatherapy and even helped me decide which one to take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero tecnicamente fraca. Não consegue manipular uma solução de um princípio ativo porque só o vende em cápsulas? É só fazer uma diluição ou uma suspensão.
Demonstra pouco interesse em suprir as necessidades do cliente e zero curiosidade científica sobre farmacotécnica.
I consider it technically weak. Can't handle a solution of an active ingredient because it only sells it in capsules? Just dilute or suspend.
It shows little interest in meeting customer needs and zero scientific curiosity about pharmacotechnics.
