Ficou mais de 1 semana pra me dar um orçamento que eh apenas um pedaço de papel, quando autorizei a fazer o serviço o carro ficou mofando lá por mais 1 semana sem ninguem nem triscar para dismontar alguma coisa. Ou seja o carro ia mofar lá dentro. Ainda por cima o dono quer que paga o serviço antes de terminar. Se eu pagasse antes qualquer coisa ai q eu já ficar nas mãos dele. Tirei meu carro de la e nunca mais volto nessa oficina. Não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo
Worst workshop I have ever been in my life ..
It was more than 1 week to give me a budget that is just a piece of paper, when I authorized to do the service the car was molding there for another week without anyone even trying to dismantle something. In other words, the car was going to mold inside. On top of that, the owner wants you to pay for the service before finishing. If I paid anything before then I would already be in his hands. I took my car out of it and never come back to that workshop. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy

Depois de aproximadamente 6 mases de visitas em diversas oficinas sem que o problema elétrico/eletrônico fosse diagnosticado e resolvido, por indicação de um amigo, chegamos a MAGMA.
Recebidos pelo Sr. MARCOS, relatamos o problema elétrico no Kia Cerato. Depois de uma conversa rápida, o Sr. MARCOS nos falou como a MAGMA trabalha.
MAGMA recebeu o Kia Cerato, e após 24 horas, recebemos o diagnóstico: Módulo da injeção eletrônica.
Como o módulo não permitia reparo, o Sr. MARCOS colocou em nossas mãos 3 formas de compra.
A escolha foi nossa, importação de um novo. Acompanhamos o rastreamento do envio.
Quando a MAGMA recebeu o módulo, 24 horas depois recebemos o Kia Cerato.
Ainda estamos dentro da garantia de 90 dias, mas já agradecemos a excelente recepção e o ótimo serviço.

Hello friends.
After approximately 6 months of visits to various workshops without the electrical/electronic problem being diagnosed and resolved, on the recommendation of a friend, we arrived at MAGMA.
Received by Mr. MARCOS, we report the electrical problem on the Kia Cerato. After a quick conversation, Mr. MARCOS told us how MAGMA works.
MAGMA received the Kia Cerato, and after 24 hours, we received the diagnosis: Electronic injection module.
As the module was not repairable, Mr. MARCOS put in our hands 3 ways to buy.
The choice was ours, importing a new one. We track the shipment.
When MAGMA received the module, 24 hours later we received the Kia Cerato.
We're still under the 90-day warranty, but we're already grateful for the excellent reception and great service.
