★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Péssimo atendimento virtual. Não respondem as mensagens do Ifood. Atraso de mais de 30 minutos para a entrega. Liguei 27 vezes e nenhuma foi atendida. Não indico a ninguém.
Horrible. Lousy virtual service. They do not respond to Ifood's messages. Delay of more than 30 minutes for delivery. I called 27 times and none were answered. I don't tell anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrega no prazo previsto, só tive um problema, não me mandaram o recibo de compra no momento, entrei em contato pelo WhatsApp me garantiram que íam me enviar pelo whatsapp mas isso não aconteceu.
Delivery on schedule, I just had a problem, they did not send me the purchase receipt at the time, I got in touch with WhatsApp and they assured me that they were going to send me whatsapp but that did not happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. 2 horas de espera, sem contato, sem aviso pedido não foi cancelado e tb não foi entregue. Vagabundos que tentam se dar bem em cima da boa fé das pessoas.
Terrible. 2 hours of waiting, no contact, no notice request was not canceled and tb was not delivered. Tramps trying to get along on people's good faith.

Não fui informado de taxa de entrega, pediram para pagar antes de receber o lanche ( PIX ) e ainda cobraram os 4 reais da taxa de entrega que nem haviam informado ( depois de eu ter pago ). O lanche é legal, mas o atendimento está pior a cada pedido. Agora desisti de pedir la. Se quiserem bom atendimento, não vão a esta lanchonete. Coloquei 1 estrela mas gostaria de ter colocado -2 pelo atendimento
Bad service at delivery. I was not informed of the delivery fee, asked to pay before receiving the snack (PIX) and even charged the 4 reais of the delivery fee that they had not even informed (after I paid). The snack is nice, but the service is worse with each order. Now I gave up asking for it. If you want good service, don't go to this cafeteria. I put 1 star but I would like to put -2 for the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom... deveria ter acreditado nas reclamações, o pedido chegou com 45 min de atraso, liguei 9 vezes só da que o número não existe. O pedido Chegou gelado, horrível. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O item oferecido não está de acordo com o item entregue, no pedido seriam duas carnes blende de artesanal, veio apenas uma carne ou seja propaganda enganosa pelo valor isso é um roubo, foi colocado um ovo no lugar da carne o pedido entregue não tem nada a ver com o da descrição, a entrega foi horrível 40 minutos de demora para um percurso que demora no máximo 10 minutos. Além de vir mal embalado, refrigerante quente, não recebi minha nota ou cupom fiscal. 27 reais em um péssimo produto que não vale o valor além de ser enganoso. Quero meu dinheiro de volta.
