Tenho 59 anos, sou hipertensa, tenho hipotireoidismo e já fiz vários investimentos no quesito emagrecer; até plástica na barriga e seios já fiz e várias dietas, com e sem remédios faixa preta. Estava uma verdadeira "sanfona" e procurei a Magrass em 26/02/2021, com 105,700kg, com resultados de exames bastante preocupantes pois o único que foi bom foi vitamina D. (Rsrsrs); na segunda( 29/03/2021) pesei já eliminei 4,600kg. Estou fazendo a dieta sem nenhum sacrifício e sem remédios. A tabela verde tem sugestões de receitas MA RA VI LHO SAS e todo dia faço uma diferente! Me alimento bem, fico saciada, não tenho vontade de "comer errado" , já me sinto mais alegre, dinâmica e segura do meu alvo. Agradeço a cada uma das profissionais da Magrass, que carinhosamente cuidam de nós, sempre com otimismo e profissionalismo. E, claro, agradeço a Deus, por estar me dando sabedoria de ter feito a melhor escolha e estar firme neste propósito. Gratidão sempre, a todos da Magrass, meu cantinho que amo ir sempre.
I have had a great experience at Magrass. I am 59 years old, I am hypertensive, I have hypothyroidism and I have already made several investments in the area of losing weight; I even had plastic surgery on my belly and breasts and several diets, with and without black belt remedies. It was a real "accordion" and I looked for Magrass on 02/26/2021, with 105,700kg, with very worrying test results because the only one that was good was vitamin D. (Lol); on the second (03/29/2021) I weighed already I eliminated 4,600kg. I am on the diet without sacrifice and without medication. I eat well, I am satisfied, I have no desire to "eat wrong", I already feel happier, more dynamic and safer than my target. I thank each of the Magrass professionals, who lovingly care for us, always with optimism and professionalism.
