O ambiente é tranquilo, o público é variado ( estudantes, moradores da região, ...), possui um vestiário e não é cobrado um preço elevado como a maioria! Possui diversos equipamentos para as técnicas e o professor é excelente.
A very good physical activity that I recommend to everyone, a self-knowledge of your body. The atmosphere is quiet, the public is varied (students, locals, ...), has a locker room and is not charged a high price like most! It has several equipment for the techniques and the teacher is excellent.
