★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tinha adquirido produtos na loja, porém, comprei um bodyboard com uma mancha traseira e um risco em sua parte superior, voltei na loja, relatei o defeito e a atendente afirmou que não saiu daquele jeito da loja, insinuando que eu não estava falando a verdade. Respirei fundo, o gerente veio e falei com ele, ele pediu para que eu entrasse em contato com o Fabricante, porém no contrato de garantia da Genisis afirmava que era para devolver para a loja que vendeu e ela enviar para o fabricante, tendo em vista que só a Genisis afirmaria se era possível a troca ou não. Me senti constrangido pela falta de confiança em seus clientes, sempre tratei todos os funcionários bem e de forma humorada, no entanto...Uma pena para a empresa que acaba de perder um cliente
I had already purchased products at the store, but I bought a bodyboard with a back spot and a scratch on its top, went back to the store, reported the defect and the clerk said she didn't leave the store like that, implying I wasn't talking to truth. I took a deep breath, the manager came and talked to him, he asked me to contact the Manufacturer, but in the Genisis warranty agreement it stated that it was to be returned to the store it sold and she shipped it to the manufacturer in order to that only Genisis would state whether exchange was possible or not. I felt embarrassed by the lack of trust in your customers, I always treated all employees well and humorously, however ... A pity for the company that has just lost a customer
