O atendimento nas lojas de Copacabana, Ipanema e Botafogo é ímpar.

Ela me indicou, subi para o escritório e abri para cheirar achei forte.Liguei para a loja expliquei a atendente, ela bem mal educada disse se não tiver usado.Falei acabei de comprar.Pedi meu portador para ir lá trocar.Ele foi destratado mal atendido sem contar que ele não tinha nada a ver com nada.Não volto mais na loja da rua México no centro do Rio.
I bought a moisturizer but I explained the salesperson who had had a nose job before long. So I asked for an indication of a very natural fragrance.
She told me, I went up to the office and opened to smell strong. I called the store, I explained the clerk, she was very rude said she did not use it. I said I just bought. I asked my carrier to go there and change. He was mistreated badly. answered without saying that he had nothing to do with anything. I will not return to the store in Mexico Street in downtown Rio.

I've been to this store twice in the center of Rua México and the salesperson without a smile on her face, she's not nice, she's terrible in the service, she's already a lady but her service is very bad...
