★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar tem boa estrutura, porém se você precisar de produto para pegar na hora, nunca vai conseguir, ou os funcionários que preparam a madeira está em horário de almoço ou já pararam de trabalhar, fui duas vezes tentar pegar material no horário de funcionamento informado e não consegui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim , não existe uma pontualidade e atenção do vendedor , foi pedido uma coisa e feito outra , e não tem uma definição no que dizem , me passaram um valor no material , no dia seguinte do orçamento cobraram outro valor , assim e difícil trabalhar com uma empresa desse jeito , sem contar a falta de educação do vendedor , muito mau humorado sempre de cara fechada para os clientes ! Resumindo tudo não compro mais nesse lugar !

Se você não entende de madeira nem vá até lá, a preguiça do povo para explicar já te desanima. Jacareí tá igual Rio de Janeiro, só empresa com atendimento péssimo.
To deserve 1 star, it has to improve a lot. People there are too difficult. Bad service, bad explanation, ugly face to explain the basics. If you don't understand wood, don't even go there, the laziness of the people to explain already discourages you. Jacareí is the same as Rio de Janeiro, just a company with terrible service.
