★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja fantástica, um pedacinho da América no Brasil. Enorme variedade de produtos táticos e de aventura, armas e munições. Quem me atendeu foi a vendedora Thainan, e ela sabe tudo, muito prestativa. Só posso recomendar.
 Fantastic store, a little piece of America in Brazil. Huge variety of tactical and adventure products, weapons and ammunition. The salesperson Thainan was the one who helped me, and she knows everything, very helpful. I can only recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que essa loja ainda pensa que colocar um cliente, na espera, ouvindo música, é achar que isso é educado!! Tentei ligar várias vezes e o máximo que consegui foi perder meu tempo. Ninguém atende o telefone. Não recomendo prá ninguém. Zero estrelas!
It seems that this store still thinks that putting a customer on hold, listening to music, is thinking that this is polite!! I tried calling several times and the most I could do was waste my time. No one answer the phone. I don't recommend it to anyone. Zero stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de primeira e os vendedores te deixam tão a vontade que não dá vontade de ir embora. Dica: tem uma padaria maravilhosa ao lado e na esquina um Chopp das galáxias.
First-rate service and sellers make you so comfortable that you don't want to leave. Tip: there is a wonderful bakery next door and a Chopp from the galaxies on the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensem num tempo perdido e expectativa FRUSTRADA.
Vamos lá ..... no material de marketing (Comerciais e mídias sociais) transparece ser uma loja enorme (Verdadeiramente é minúscula devido a parte que guarda os armamentos ser fechada e com visitação controlada).
Atendimento ? Péssimo ... vendedores do tipo "Taticão" .... porém, que não souberam responder pergunta alguma, não sei se devido terem obsevado a minha chegada de carro "Popular", pois, estava com o veículo de frota corporativa, porém, momentos seguintes chegou a loja um rapaz com uma pick up importa dizendo ser fazendeiro e os vendedores quase ofereceram UM TAPETE VERMELHO para o cara .... que ao final não comprou nada e eu sim (apenas equipamentos para manutenção de marmas, pois, o resto é bem exíguo). De todos os atendentes "Vendedores" o pior é um Gordinho metido a Taticão kkkk (Vocês conhecem o perfil né ?)...., péssimo de atendimento, impaciente, com respostas curtas e etc .... Certamente deve procurar outra ocupação, sugiro que se cadastre urgentemente na CATHO.
Equipamentos ? : Pouquissimos e apenas nos calibres de sempre 9x19mm P., 38 SPL, uma marca de .40 SW, uma de 5.56x45 mm .... Apenas uma marca e modelo de cinto tático, algumas marcas de coldres, lanternas (Nada demais), para que vocês tenham noção da decepção: O segundo andar onde abriga as espingardas de pressão é muito melhor e mais estruturado que o primeiro ....
Ou seja não recomendo a visita, caso não queiram perder tempo e se frustrarem .... repito o atendimento é péssimo, respostas curtas e óbvias, além de ficarem sempre lhe acompoanhando com os olhos como se você fosse subtrarir algo (Sim, me senti assim) .....
Preços ? : Nada de diferente das demais, a única vantagem é que fica na zonal sul de São Paulo (Fácil Acesso), fora isso, bem normal. Sugiro que pesquisem outras lojas.
Péssima, pequena e com funcionários igualmente péssimos.

Think of wasted time and FRUSTRATED expectation.
Come on ..... in the marketing material (Commercials and social media) it appears to be a huge store (It's really tiny due to the part that stores the weapons being closed and with controlled visitation).
Attendance ? Terrible ... "Taticão" salesmen .... however, who did not know how to answer any questions, I do not know if because they had observed my arrival in a "Popular" car, because I was with the corporate fleet vehicle, however, moments later, a guy arrived at the store with a pickup truck claiming to be a farmer and the sellers almost offered A RED CARPET to the guy .... who in the end didn't buy anything and I did (only equipment for marmas maintenance, because the rest is quite exiguous). Of all the "Sellers" attendants, the worst is a Gordinho stuck to Taticão kkkk (You know the profile, right?)...., terrible customer service, impatient, with short answers and etc.... You should certainly look for another occupation, I suggest you register urgently at CATHO.
Equipments ? : Very few and only in the usual calibers 9x19mm P., 38 SPL, one brand of .40 SW, one of 5.56x45 mm .... Only one brand and model of tactical belt, some brands of holsters, flashlights (Nothing much) , so that you have an idea of the disappointment: The second floor where the pressure rifles are housed is much better and more structured than the first....
In other words, I don't recommend the visit, if you don't want to waste time and get frustrated .... I repeat the service is terrible, short and obvious answers, in addition to always following you with their eyes as if you were going to subtract something (Yes, I felt so) .....
prices ? : Nothing different from the others, the only advantage is that it is located in the south zone of São Paulo (Easy Access), otherwise, very normal. I suggest you look for other stores.
Terrible, small and with equally terrible staff.
