★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se forem locatários, cuidado com a vistoria. Eles fazem uma vistoria rasa pra que depois da devolução você seja responsabilizados por todos os defeitos que já existiam no apto. Contratem empresa especializada em vistoria, sairá mais barato. No restante foram super atenciosos, só tive azar com o meu locador, que mesmo com minhas obrigações sem nenhum mínimo desvio, me cobrou o mais caro possível no final do contrato. Dei 03 pq ficou visível a parcialidade com o locador sendo que fui um locatário ótimo, se não perfeito.

I've worked with my properties in some real estate agencies in São Caetano do Sul, but nothing beats Maia's effectiveness, care, promptness and professionalism. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Fazem a vistoria de entrada de qq jeito, mas na vistoria de saída querem exigir o q já estava ruim. Se tiverem problema no imóvel a imobiliária faz corpo mole ou não atende qdo ligamos....muitas vezes ignoram emails. No meu caso, a luminária da cozinha pegou fogo pq era uma gambiarra com fita isolante, além de mandarem um senhor extremamente ignorante e mal educado este senhor estragou minha geladeira novinha e a imobiliária simplesmente ignorou. Na saída do imóvel se não exigir os documentos q temos direito eles simplesmente não dão. Aliás, qdo exigi o documento dr quitação do imóvel uma funcionária muito da grossa fez cara feia e ficou virando o olho olhando pra outra funcionária.
I do not recommend. They do the entrance inspection anyway, but in the exit inspection they want to demand what was already bad. If they have a problem with the property, the real estate agent is soft-hearted or doesn't answer when we call....they often ignore emails. In my case, the kitchen lamp caught fire because it was a gambiarra with electrical tape, in addition to sending an extremely ignorant and rude gentleman, this gentleman ruined my brand new fridge and the real estate company simply ignored it. When leaving the property, if you don't require the documents we are entitled to, they simply don't give you. By the way, when I demanded the document to discharge the property, a very rude employee frowned and kept rolling her eyes looking at another employee.

Fiquei três anos com aluguel com eles (pagando em dia) e na devolução do imóvel, tive que pagar o dobro do necessário devido a responsável pela vistoria não ter o bom censo. Na hora de alugar foi uma maravilha, mas para entregar o imóvel não teve profissionalismo. Tipo de empresa que pensa somente no hoje, esquece que depende também de indicações, mídias....Na hora de alugar se possível EVITAR ESSA EMPRESA.....
Bad experience. Stay here my dissatisfaction with the service provided. I stayed with them for three years with rent (paying on time) and on returning the property, I had to pay twice as much as necessary because the person in charge of the survey did not have the good sense. At the time of renting it was wonderful, but to deliver the property there was no professionalism. Type of company that only thinks about today, forgets that it also depends on indications, media....When renting, if possible AVOID THIS COMPANY.....
