★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente marcam um horário, e só podem te atender 1 hora depois. Além disso, não cumprem procedimentos básicos durante pandemia. Não medem a temperatura de quem chega, vc fica numa sala fechada e quente, pessoas com máscara abaixo do nariz, enfim... Minha experiência não foi boa e por isso nem aguardei o atendimento.
Unfortunately make an appointment, and can only answer you 1 hour later. In addition, they do not follow basic procedures during a pandemic. They do not measure the temperature of those who arrive, you stay in a closed and hot room, people with a mask under their nose, anyway ... My experience was not good and so I didn't even wait for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica deixar a desejar na estrutura, mas o pior para mim foi sair de lá sem saber o que fazer, dentistas educados, porém confusos, um disse que eu tinha restaurações a fazer, mas quando cheguei para fazer a restauração fui atendida por outra dentista que apesar de me atender bem disse que eu não precisava restaurar dente algum. Ou seja, sair de lá super confusa
Clinic left something to be desired in the structure, but the worst thing for me was leaving there without knowing what to do, educated but confused dentists, one said that I had restorations to do, but when I arrived to do the restoration I was attended by another dentist who although he attended me well he said that i didn't need to restore any teeth. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionistas cordiais, gentis. Porém ao chega na clínica me deparei com pacientes aguardando e utilizando as suas máscaras no queixo, inclusive uma das recepcionistas também. Ar desligado e porta aberta... álcool gel nem pensar, apenas o líquido e numa mesinha a parte, ou seja, quase não se vê.
Pecaram no quesito higiene, nesse período de pandemia isso é inadmissível.
Friendly, kind receptionists. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I came across patients waiting and wearing their masks on their chin, including one of the receptionists too. Air off and door open ... alcohol gel, no way, just the liquid and a side table, that is, you can hardly see it.
They have sinned in terms of hygiene, in this pandemic period this is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 10.11.2020, estive pela primeira vez nessa clinica, para realizar uma profilaxia ( limpeza)onde fui atendido de forma gentil tanto na recepção como pela profissional que realizou o procedimento, porém a clínica deixa muito a desejar no quesito higienização, em pleno tempo de pandemia ( covid-19) como também alguns instrumentos de trabalho não estava funcionando tanto que a dentista teve que realizar o procedimento de limpeza de forma manual, vale ressaltar que troquei até de consultório , mas o equipamento tbm não funcionou, quase que desistir de ser atendido, mas relevei.
Espero que providencias sejam adotadas para sanar os problemas citados.
Today 10.11.2020, I was at this clinic for the first time, to carry out a prophylaxis (cleaning) where I was kindly treated both at the reception and by the professional who performed the procedure, but the clinic leaves a lot to be desired in terms of hygiene, in full pandemic time (covid-19) as well as some work instruments was not working so much that the dentist had to carry out the cleaning procedure manually, it is worth mentioning that I even changed my office, but the equipment also didn’t work, almost giving up to be attended to, but I did it again.
I hope that steps are taken to remedy the problems mentioned.
